Heather Gaston has spent the majority of her 22-year insurance career on the retail agency side of this dynamic industry. In her current role as Regional Vice President, GA for Assure Alliance and SIAA, Heather can share the knowledge she learned to agents as they embark on their own agency dreams, whether a startup agency or an existing agency needing guidance. “There is an automatic synergy when speaking to an agency owner about support, growth and retention when you’ve been in their shoes” Heather has a passion for helping others understand the complexities of insurance and how to be successful in the avenue that lights each individual soul on fire.
Education has always been in the forefront and mindset of her career and personally. She is a Dynamics of Selling instructor for the CPRM designation through the National Alliance, but also still considers herself a lifelong learner. Her vast knowledge of the industry as well as the ability to relate to others gives her the edge on building strong relationships and trust. Heather’s unique outlook and experience gives her well rounded perspective on the insurance industry with life lessons as a bonus.
When not working or educating others on insurance, Heather enjoys time with family, playing tennis or roller skating.
