Tim Henderson is a native of Clemson, South Carolina. He graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Management with an emphasis in Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship in 2006. After graduating he moved to Michigan to begin his insurance career. His career in commercial insurance started in 2012 when he became the first agent to specialize in commercial insurance for an independent insurance agency in Warren, MI. He helped grow the agency with a new focus in commercial lines to become one of Michigan's largest independent insurance agencies. It was acquired by a large broker in 2018. After spending a year in the corporate world, he decided it was a good time to move home to South Carolina. Tim is thrilled to be home again. Being away for over 7 years gave him a greater appreciation of the beautiful weather, amazing food and friendly people that makes South Carolina a special place to live.
